We deliver nationwide across South Africa! Standard shipping takes 8–11 business days and a flat rate of R89.00 applies to all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. Please note business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Is your jewellery real or will it go green on my skin?

Absolutely not! We take quality seriously. Our pieces are made to last and are skin-friendly. We always recommend keeping your jewellery away from water, perfume, and lotions to maintain its shine and extend its life. If you ever have a concern about a specific piece, just reach out — we've got you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your piece! If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any jewelry items once they have been delivered. Reach out to us directly and we'll sort you out — no drama, we promise.
